About Dru Yoga
Dru Yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on soft flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation. With its foundations set firmly in the ancient yogic tradition and incorporating the latest scientific insights, Dru works on the body, mind and emotions to bring about greater health, harmony and happiness.
You can enjoy regular weekly yoga classes with me. I offer a range of public classes open to all, and private 1-2-1 lessons. You can find details below.
